How a school starts with ScoliPay

This is the clean launch path for schools in Cameroon: verify the school, configure fees, invite parents, collect payments, and monitor every operation.

1. Register the school

The principal creates the school account with the school name, city, phone number, and director information.

2. ScoliPay verifies the school

Our team checks the school identity and payout details before live collections and payouts are trusted.

3. Add students and fees

The school adds students, creates fee structures, and gives each parent the correct student code.

4. Parents pay and receive receipts

Parents pay with supported channels, while the school dashboard updates payments, balances, and reports.

5. Monitor and settle funds

ScoliPay tracks payment health, payout status, receipts, and support tickets from the admin dashboard.

What the principal should prepare

School name, director contact, city, MINESEC authorization if available, payout account, student list, class levels, and fee amounts.

Launch target

A school is ready when it has verified identity, payout details, at least one student, one fee, and a tested payment receipt.
